The ToughSwitch PoE Pro was indeed rebranded as the EdgeMax ES-8XP. Ubiquiti Networks decided to align their product lines and naming conventions under the EdgeMax brand, which led to the renaming of the ToughSwitch PoE Pro to EdgeMax ES-8XP. The hardware and functionality remained the same, but the name was changed for consistency across their product offerings.
